Refund Conditions

Full Refund

Applicable when the product is returned unused, in original packaging, within 3 days of delivery.

Wrong Item

If you receive a wrong item, we provide a full refund plus free return shipping.

Damaged Product

Products damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund. Please share photos via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Partial Refund

If the product shows signs of minor use but is otherwise in good condition, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be offered at our discretion.

Non-Refundable

Custom/personalized orders, items returned after 3 days, and products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for refund.
